Need help with Polisnap? This page covers the fastest way to reach us and the answers to the most common questions.

For all questions, support requests, privacy requests, and security reports, email support@polisnap.app. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

2. Common requests

Most questions have a quick answer below. If yours isn't here, just email us.

  • I forgot my password.

    Use the Forgot password flow in the iOS app. We'll send a reset email — tap the link to open the reset form at polisnap.app/auth/callback?type=recovery and choose a new password.

  • How do I cancel Polisnap Pro?

    Open your iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Polisnap → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • How do I delete my account?

    In the Polisnap app, open the Profile tab and tap Delete account at the bottom. This is irreversible — your account, portfolio, custom alerts, and history are purged within 30 days.

  • How do I get a copy of my data?

    Email support@polisnap.app with the subject `PRIVACY — Access request`. We respond within 30 days with a machine-readable export of your account, portfolio, alert preferences, and subscription status.

  • I think I found a security issue.

    Email support@polisnap.app with the subject `SECURITY`. We respond within 5 business days. Please give us reasonable time to address the issue before any public disclosure.

3. Refunds

Refunds for Polisnap Pro are issued by Apple, not by Polisnap. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Service status

There is no public status page yet. If you suspect an outage or unusual app behavior, email support@polisnap.app and we will investigate.

5. Apple-side issues

For issues with the App Store, your Apple ID, payment methods, or your iPhone itself, please contact Apple Support — those are outside our control. Apple Support is available at support.apple.com.
