The rules of using Polisnap.

By using Polisnap (the website at polisnap.app and the Polisnap iOS app, together the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (these “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

In these Terms, the following capitalized words have the meanings below:

• Service — the website at polisnap.app, the Polisnap iOS app, and any related features we operate.
• App — the Polisnap iOS app distributed through the Apple App Store.
• Website — the website at polisnap.app.
• Account — the personal account you create (with email and password, or via Sign in with Apple) to use the Service.
• Content — any text, signals, summaries, magnitudes, risk levels, reasoning chains, or other output produced by the Service, including AI-generated output.
• Subscription — an auto-renewing paid subscription to Polisnap Pro, billed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed via RevenueCat.
• Pro — the paid tier of the Service, known as Polisnap Pro, which unlocks the features listed in section 10.

Polisnap is an informational tool. It monitors publicly available political statements, runs them through AI-powered models, and surfaces structured commentary on US-listed stocks and ETFs that may be exposed. The Service produces signals, magnitudes, risk levels, and reasoning chains intended for informational purposes only. The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, custody assets, connect to brokerage accounts, or provide personalized financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Polisnap uses artificial intelligence (AI) models to generate signals, summaries, magnitudes, risk levels, and reasoning chains based on publicly available political statements. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, fabricated (“hallucinated”), or delayed. Polisnap makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or timeliness of any AI output. The presence of an AI-generated signal does not imply that an asset will or will not move in the indicated direction. You should not rely on Polisnap output as the sole basis for any investment decision.

Polisnap is an informational tool. Polisnap is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer, broker, portfolio manager, financial planner, or in any other regulated capacity, in any jurisdiction — including but not limited to the Autorité des marchés financiers (Quebec), the Canadian Securities Administrators, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority, and the European Securities and Markets Authority. Nothing on the Polisnap website, in the Polisnap iOS app, or in any communication from Polisnap constitutes investment, financial, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or refrain from any security. Polisnap does not assess your financial situation, risk tolerance, goals, or constraints. No advisory, fiduciary, broker-client, or similar relationship is created by your use of the Service. Always consult an appropriately licensed professional before making any investment decision. Past statements, market reactions, and signal accuracy do not predict future results.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your Account. You must notify us promptly at support@polisnap.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account. One Account per person; Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We may require email verification or Apple Sign-In to maintain the integrity of the Account system.

You agree that you will not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
• scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract the Service's output by automated means, or re-distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Content produced by the Service;
• use Polisnap output to power automated trading bots, market-making systems, signal-resale services, third-party advisory products, or any service that aggregates or republishes Polisnap output;
• attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure (including by denial-of-service attacks, fuzzing, credential stuffing, or any form of intrusion);
• use the Service in violation of applicable law, or from a jurisdiction in which the Service is prohibited or where its provision would require a licence we do not hold.

The Polisnap name, logos, website, app, source code, design, user interface, AI-generated output, and all related materials are the property of Polisnap (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise.

The Service quotes publicly available political statements from third parties (for example, posts on Truth Social) and references publicly traded assets, exchanges, indices, and data providers. Polisnap is an independent product. Polisnap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to Truth Social, Donald J. Trump, Trump Media & Technology Group, X Corp., Apple Inc., S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC, NASDAQ Inc., Dow Jones & Company, or any other person or organization referenced in Polisnap output. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

The Service is offered in two tiers. The Free tier lets you track up to 5 holdings against the most popular US stocks and ETFs (top picks of the catalog). Polisnap Pro lifts the cap to 50 trackers, opens the full 630+ asset catalog, surfaces every impacted asset per post, and unlocks customizable alerts per holding.

Polisnap Pro is currently offered at USD $5.99 per month or USD $44.99 per year (or local equivalent set by Apple). Prices may vary by region; the price shown at checkout in the App Store is authoritative.

All Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed via RevenueCat. The auto-renewal terms, payment confirmation, and cancellation route are described verbatim in section 11 below, as required by Apple. Further detail is available on the dedicated Subscription Terms page.

Polisnap Pro is offered as a 1-month auto-renewing subscription ($5.99 USD or local equivalent) and as a 1-year auto-renewing subscription ($44.99 USD or local equivalent).

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
• Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests for Polisnap Pro must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we are not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases directly. EU/UK residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under Directive 2011/83/EU; by tapping “Subscribe” and starting to use Polisnap Pro before the end of the 14-day window, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your Account in the App at Profile → Delete account; this triggers an Edge Function (delete-user) that cascades the deletion across our backend and is irreversible. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, suspected fraud or abuse, or for legal, safety, or regulatory reasons. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and general provisions) will survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS (INCLUDING QUEBEC AND CERTAIN EU MEMBER STATES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES; THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL POLISNAP BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID POLISNAP IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD$100). THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, INCLUDING UNDER THE QUEBEC CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, EU MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTIONS, OR CALIFORNIA LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Polisnap and its agents and contractors, from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable lawyers' fees) arising out of or related to (i) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (ii) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or (iii) your reliance on Service output for trading, investment, or any other financial decision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, except where applicable consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.

If you reside in a jurisdiction whose consumer-protection laws grant you non-waivable rights — including, without limitation, the Quebec Loi sur la protection du consommateur, EU consumer-protection directives, the UK Consumer Rights Act, or California consumer-protection law (including the CCPA/CPRA) — those rights apply notwithstanding the foregoing, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit them.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as the legal framework changes. Material changes will be notified by email or via an in-app banner. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect (severability). Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision (no waiver). These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Polisnap regarding the Service (entire agreement). You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms to a successor in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of substantially all of the related assets (assignment). Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
